Jeffrey Kirsch graduated from the University of Bridgeport in 1976 and the Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1980. He began his professional career as Sullivan County and Queens County Assistant District Attorney. As an Assistant District Attorney, Jeffrey Kirsch prosecuted hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases. After leaving public service, Jeffrey Kirsch began to practice personal injury litigation. In 1994, the firm of Eisenberg & Kirsch was founded. Since its inception, Jeffrey Kirsch has continued his practice in the representation of seriously injured accident victims and defending clients in the full range of personal injury litigation.
